I bought a pack of strawberry jelly months before because the little boy loves to eat those small jelly packs. Since he finished one pack of jelly snacks, I thought I’d make the jelly I bought. It was very easy to make. I dissolved the jelly powder in water, placed it over medium heat and let it bring to boil with continuous stirring. I allow it to boil for a minute before transferring it to a mold.
