Yummy Sunday – Homemade Potato Chips
Hubby and I love potato chips, but for a healthier option, I always make potato chips here at home. It’s not the “healthiest” though but knowing that it did not go through machines and processed, it’s still good in a way… hehehe… c’mon, just consider me this time, will you? LOL! 
Here’s my homemade potato chips for Yummy Sunday!
It’s very easy to make. Wash the potatoes (don’t peel them). Cut them into very thin slices. To make it yummier, I coat them with breading mix before I deep fry the slices. Once done, you can sprinkle with cheese powder (our favorite) or any flavor you desire. Serve immediately.
