hi pinx,

the first time i had puso or pinusong kanin is when my family and i went on a road trip to Leyte in 1993. i remember how it was cooked but then that was just plain rice. not sure how you’d cook that with adobo though, but that would definitely be a blockbuster. didn’t know Gerry’s Grill has this on their menu, i should’ve tried it if i knew!
